From time to time, you may wish to make changes to content on your website, such as updating service offerings or making seasonal changes such as including holiday hours but don’t feel like doing it yourself. Website Maintenance services are available on a pay-as-you-go or on a monthly retainer basis.

Software Updates

Basic Maintenance – Just as with your home computer, your website software requires periodic updates from time to time. In the Basic Maintenance Package, we can check for updates and install any necessary patches to your website. During the maintenance process, we also scan your website for malware to ensure your site isn’t being used to spread viruses or other malicious programs. This plan also includes backing up your website, important if you have many photos or blog posts that you want to protect from unexpected loss. For only $29 per month, you are buying protection and piece of mind.

Content Updates

Changes and updates can be made at our hourly rate (currently $84/hour) with a 30 minute minimum. This is probably sufficient if you only expect to make occasional updates.

If you think that you will be making frequent updates, we have a content update plan available:

Content Plan – For $49 each month, this plan entitles you to 60 minutes of content changes and updates each month, with additional hours at a significantly discounted rate. Website backups, software updates and malware scanning are included in the Content Plan, a savings of $29.
